Question 1

I've never done Reformer Pilates, will I be ok?

Accepted Answer

Yes — around 90% of new members haven't done Reformer Pilates before. All classes are beginner friendly and beginners are very welcome.

Question 2

What is the best way to start?

Accepted Answer

Purchase the 1 Week Studio Trial for $29, which includes 7 class credits, a free pair of grip socks and a complimentary 1:1 introductory session. Your trial starts on the day of your first class, not the day you register online.

Question 3

How long is an inLIFE Wellness class?

Accepted Answer

Reformer Pilates and most Fusion classes are 45 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, especially for your first class.

Question 4

What is the class cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the class starts, via the app or your home studio. Late cancellations may incur a fee and loss of class credit.

Question 5

I'm running late, can I still join the class?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 5 minutes late the instructor may advise you can't join, and in a full class your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. You may also incur a late cancel fee or lose your class credit.

Question 6

Do your memberships have contracts? Can I pause?

Accepted Answer

Weekly memberships have no contracts, and you can place your membership on hold if you can't attend for a week or more — just let your home studio know.

Question 7

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable activewear that's easy to move in. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene and most studios sell them in studio.

Question 8

I'm pregnant, can I attend classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — instructors are trained in pregnancy modifications and can support you at any stage. Consult your healthcare provider if needed and let your instructor know how far along you are before class.

Question 9

Is there a minimum age?

Accepted Answer

You must be 16 or over to attend group classes independently. Ages 14–16 can attend with parental consent, supervision during class and a completed waiver.

Question 10

Can I attend multiple studios?

Accepted Answer

Yes — memberships and class packs are flexible and allow you to attend multiple inLIFE studios, though we ask you attend your home studio the majority of the time.
