Expert-led Reformer Pilates classes offering classic and contemporary style flows on premium reformer equipment. Classes are designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, posture and overall wellbeing. All classes are suitable for all fitness and experience levels, with around 90% of new members having never done Reformer Pilates before. Instructors provide modifications so you can move with confidence at your own pace. Classes run for 45 minutes and arriving 10 minutes early is recommended for your first class.

Signature Fusion classes add splashes of strength, cardio, barre and boxing throughout the timetable, giving members variety and greater membership value. Every session is a guided group exercise experience with an instructor leading the way. Most Fusion classes run for 45 minutes, though some differ slightly — durations are confirmed in the class description on the app. Like all inLIFE classes, they are suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

The recommended way to start at any inLIFE studio. The trial includes 7 class credits, a free pair of grip socks and a complimentary 1:1 introductory session to help get you started. During the intro session an instructor guides you through light movement, teaches the fundamentals of the reformer and discusses any required modifications so you feel comfortable and confident joining group classes. Your 1 Week Trial starts on the day you do your first class, not the day you register online. No pressure and no experience required.

A range of weekly membership options as well as a variety of class packs to suit different needs. Weekly memberships have no contracts — if you need to stop coming you simply email your home studio. Memberships can be paused/placed on hold if you can't attend for a week or more. Memberships and class packs are flexible and allow you to attend multiple inLIFE studios, though members are asked to attend their home studio the majority of the time. All options can be viewed or purchased on the website and app.
