Studio 6 Fitness

The signature Studio 6 class — a fusion of strength training, cardio and Pilates performed on state-of-the-art equipment. It takes Pilates and strength training and cranks it up for 50 minutes of calorie burning, muscle quivering, total body conditioning. It strengthens, tightens, and tones the entire body quickly and safely, leaving the body lean, lithe, and resistant to the stresses of everyday life. Unlike traditional Pilates, it incorporates cardio and strength training. Classes are capped at 14 people so you get personalized attention.

A class that takes the signature workout down a notch and focuses on the basics. Designed for new clients or those returning to exercise who want to learn the machine and fundamental movements before progressing. A good starting point if it's been a while since your last workout.

A slower-paced class that shows how slow movements can give you the best results. It's an accessible way to learn the S6 method and improve flexibility and mobility.

A targeted 50-minute class focusing on the abdominals and upper body using the S6 method and equipment.

A targeted 50-minute class focusing on the glutes, legs and arms using the S6 method and equipment.

A class combining core-centric conditioning with restorative work, aligned with the S6 principles of Core, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Endurance and Spirit.

One-on-one private training sessions with an instructor. A private session focuses on your form and offers modifications and variations specific to your fitness goals and needs. Recommended for people who have never worked out before, those recovering from injury, or advanced clients wanting to better understand the S6 method. Workshops are also available.
