How do I book, change, or cancel an appointment?

All appointments must be made, changed, or cancelled by calling SkinSpaMED directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

SkinSpaMED requires 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Failure to comply may result in loss of voucher or fees.

Are you open during inclement weather?

SkinSpaMED Dallas is open for all scheduled appointments unless DISD is closed, and Colleyville is open unless the Colleyville school district is closed. If the clinic is open, the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.

Do you offer anything to help with bruising after injections?

Yes — SkinSpaMED offers free post-injection IPL laser treatments, which help bruises heal 40-60% overnight.
