Covers the core living areas of the home including floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Housekeepers may arrive alone or in teams of two depending on the size and scope of the job. Not available for completely empty apartments.

A more thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning service recommended for your first Spruce booking so the team can get your home in tip-top shape. After a Premium Clean, a Signature Clean every 2-3 weeks maintains the results. Like all Spruce cleans, supplies and equipment are provided by the team. Not available for completely empty apartments.

A cleaning service designed to make moving easier. The unit must still be in your possession and completely vacant (emptied of all personal items), with electricity and water still available. Any items left in the unit that can be carried by hand may be disposed of. Specialized work such as carpet cleaning, carpet repair, painting, appliance damage, electrical work, and mold & mildew remediation is excluded and left to the appropriate professionals.

Individual à-la-carte tasks that keep a home in order between full cleaning services. Options include hand-washing dishes, folding laundry, picking up clutter, cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, and cleaning the oven. Add-ons can be booked in 20 and 45 minute increments during checkout in the app. Add-ons can be updated until 5 PM two days before your service; later changes require contacting Customer Service.
