The process is GREEN, using Industrial Strength Simple Green, a biodegradable, non-acidic coil cleaner, and follows PTAC manufacturers' specifications in close coordination with Amana, GE, Carrier and LG. A study at ESA Cypress Creek in Ft. Lauderdale, FL showed annual energy costs for four rooms dropping from $1,750 to $591 after cleaning—over 67% savings.

Fibercare has offered commercial carpet cleaning since the company began in 1985. Crews use powerful truck-mounted extraction systems that dispense water at 180°F–210°F at 500 psi and vacuum at 12–15 InMg, with up to 500 feet of hose so they can clean carpets in virtually any size property. The focus is on cleaning to the highest standards with no disruption to everyday operations. Rooms are generally cleaned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and guests can remain in the room during the cleaning process. Fibercare provides a cleaning memorandum to place in rooms before arrival plus a Special Request Form for guests; crews check the list each morning and do not enter rooms with 'do not disturb' signs unless directed otherwise.

Fibercare specializes in tile and grout cleaning of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone for hotel pools, bathrooms and any area featuring tile and grout. The company has the experience and equipment to handle any type of hard surface floor and wall maintenance and is fully insured to protect you and your property. Cleaning is done with a special tool called the Turbo Viper, connected to the same truck-mounted unit used for carpet cleaning, set to a maximum of 1000 psi at 180°F. The Turbo Viper has vacuum inlets that suck up soiled water to reduce drying time to just a few minutes. Cleanings are scheduled after hours or on weekends to fit your operation.

Cleaning upholstery is a major service area for Fibercare that helps protect an expensive furniture investment. Trained cleaning professionals use the proper tools to keep couches and chairs in guest rooms, apartments and common spaces looking bright and new. For furniture, Fibercare combines steam cleaning with the application of a quick-drying upholstery shampoo; wet or dry clean methods also deodorize the fabric. Vacuuming removes dust and other allergens, and removing abrasive dust helps fabric last longer instead of looking dull and thin. The service can easily be added at a reasonable cost while crews are already on premises for carpet or PTAC cleaning.

Drapery cleaning completes Fibercare's signature 'quad-service' visit. Fibercare uses a dry-cleaning method while the drapes are still hanging on the rod, performed while the crew is already in the room or apartment for carpet and furniture. Cleaning drapes on site means no downtime, no disturbance to the appearance of the drape, and no damage due to handling. Top treatments are cleaned as well and there are no delays in cleaning. The dry cleaning method also deodorizes the fabric, and removing abrasive dust helps drapes last longer. Note: Fibercare cleans draperies only—shears and blackout drapes are not serviced.
