Mysore Yoga Atlanta

A full Mysore-style program where students practice the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace with individualized, hands-on physical adjustments from the teacher. Instruction is tailored to each student's particular strengths and challenges from practice to practice. Students of all levels, ages, and body types are welcome.

Teacher-guided (led) Ashtanga classes where the instructor leads students through the sequence. Classes emphasize the traditional sequence of poses, breathing, and focus. Led classes are popular and typically require early reservation.

Online yoga sessions offered for students practicing remotely, following the same traditional Ashtanga approach used in the studio.

One-on-one private lessons with individualized instruction and therapeutic attention. Private lessons are especially helpful for students new to the primary series, and are available for individuals and family members such as parent and child.

The studio hosts community gatherings, workshops, intensives, courses, and retreats in addition to its regular class schedule.
