The classic 26-posture sequence practiced in a 105+ degree room, known as Bikram Yoga, which has guided thousands toward improved health and vitality. Research on "Original Hot Yoga" shows it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, alleviates depression and anxiety, aids in weight loss, accelerates recovery from injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee), and enhances athletic performance. Classes are offered 7 days a week with varying times. Students range from professional athletes to mothers, grandfathers, corporate executives and college students.

Pilates classes are included in the studio's unlimited class offerings, such as the new student introductory offer of unlimited yoga and Pilates classes for 30 days.
