Question 1

Is the Orientation Workout compulsory?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Orientation Workout is compulsory for all clients new to Studio Pilates. It shows you how a class works and helps the team understand your strengths and any modifications needed.

Question 2

Do I have to complete an Orientation Workout at each new Studio Pilates location?

Question 3

What should I wear or bring?

Accepted Answer

Socks are required for all classes (grip socks are available to purchase in studio). Wear comfortable workout clothes — loose or baggy shorts may not offer the best coverage — and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

Question 4

Do you offer memberships?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no memberships and no lock-in contracts — you only pay for the classes you attend via a variety of prepaid class pass options.

Question 5

Do you have a cancellation or no-show policy?

Accepted Answer

Studio Pilates has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel more than 12 hours before class and the class is returned to your pass; no-shows or late cancellations forfeit the class.

Question 6

I'm pregnant — are Studio Pilates workouts suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Pregnant clients can attend Orientation and Reformer Workouts up until week 14. From 14 weeks onwards you'll need to attend Pre & Post Natal classes, offered at select locations.

Question 7

What is the minimum age to attend Studio Pilates?

Accepted Answer

The minimum age to attend Studio Pilates classes is 14 years old.

Question 8
