Beach Fitness

Train with a small group in dynamic, coach-led workouts that combine strength, cardio, and functional fitness, offering personal attention in a motivating group setting. Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches, starting with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. The coach briefs the group on the workout, the movements, and proper form, then guides and instructs throughout. Classes end with a group cool down to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Programming is varied and published in advance — some days focus on strength lifts like barbell squats and kettlebell swings, others on cardio conditioning with rowers and bikes, and others on body weight movements.

Work one-on-one with expert coaches to build a customized fitness plan tailored to your goals, with ongoing support to help you succeed every step of the way. Coaches focus on proper form and mechanics and customize workouts to suit each individual. Every movement can be adapted to accommodate any fitness level and promote continuous progress. Essential Training and Master Training options are available to schedule.

Co-founder Bryce Turner is one of the highest-level ELDOA (Level 1-4) and SOMA Training Instructors in the US and applies a specialized osteopathic approach. The method supports function, conditioning, and performance for everyone from youth athletes to seasoned professionals.

Barb Bartee, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Holistic Health Coach (IIN-HHC), leads this program. Through her signature BOLD (Bio-Individual Optimal Lifestyle Design) nutrition program, she helps clients move beyond 'standard' diets to find custom nutrition, sleep, and hydration patterns that maximize their unique energy and performance.

Massage services are available to schedule through the gym. Co-founder Barb Bartee is certified in Massage Therapy including myofascial release and deep tissue work, supporting recovery alongside training.

Visitors and travelers can drop in for a single class. Class sizes are limited, so you fill out a form letting the gym know what day you might come by and a coach reaches out to reserve your spot.
