Before any training begins, we will schedule a consultation to gauge your current fitness level, to identify any muscular imbalances in your body, and to begin mapping out a blueprint of how best to achieve your fitness goals. This also gives you the chance to explore the studio's offerings before making any firm commitment, and to meet one-on-one with a head trainer who can answer any questions you might have about us. Virtual consultations are also available — please inquire.

Private, one-to-one personal training sessions customized to your goals and any injuries or sensitivities. Trainers closely monitor alignment and form so you build body awareness and recruit the correct muscles during every workout. Programming can target body fat loss, lean muscle mass, injury recovery and prevention, athletic performance, and corrective exercise. All sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

Train alongside a partner while still receiving full and personalized attention from your trainer. Sessions address body fat loss, lean muscle mass, injury prevention, performance, and corrective exercises. Programs are adapted around each participant's injuries and sensitivities with close monitoring of alignment and form.

Group workout format offered alongside 1-to-1 and partner training. Clients receive the studio's full and personalized attention regardless of which format they choose.

Nutrition analysis offered as part of the studio's services to complement training programs and support body composition and performance goals.

Monthly training memberships are designed to provide consistent progress, priority scheduling, and long-term results. Members choose between 1x, 2x, or 3x weekly reserved sessions, each including full program design and access to substitute trainers. Higher tiers add progress tracking, movement prep and corrective work, and trainer coverage if the primary trainer is unavailable. Pricing shown reflects Trainer 1 rates; Master Trainer sessions are $30–$35 more per session depending on membership frequency. All sessions are 55 minutes.
