Club Pilates

A free 30-minute Introductory Class designed to walk you through Reformer Pilates basics and familiarize you with the specialized studio equipment. It's the recommended starting point for anyone new to Club Pilates. All fitness levels are welcome. Booking is done through your local studio.

Group Pilates classes built on the Reformer and complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX® springboard, EXO-chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability. Classes challenge your mind as well as your body, and a range of class types means there's an option for every age and fitness level. A consistent practice improves posture, strengthens the core and corrects muscle imbalances. Instruction stays pure to Joseph Pilates' original Contrology Method but is modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment.

Digital Pilates workouts available on demand through Club Pilates, allowing members to practice outside the studio.

Club Pilates Teacher Training enrolls students who love Pilates and want to share its benefits professionally. The program prepares you to teach in just a few short months. Club Pilates instructors perform hundreds of hours of training to meet teacher standards so they can deliver the highest quality Pilates workouts.
